Meet Sydnie Sparks – the Heart Behind Our Play Space!
Sydnie Sparks has always been a kid at heart, and you’ll feel that joyful energy the moment you step into our play space! Hailing from a small town in North Dakota, Sydnie discovered her passion for working with children early on—babysitting from the time she was just 14.
As high school graduation approached, Sydnie was still unsure about her future—until a guidance counselor introduced her to the field of early childhood development. She decided to give it a shot, and it turned out to be the perfect fit.
Sydnie went on to study Early Childhood Development at Lake Area Technical College in Watertown from 2019 to 2021. After graduating, she began her career at Educare, the college’s daycare center, where she spent five wonderful years as the lead teacher in the infant and toddler room. She loved every minute of it, but kept hearing from families that the town needed more options for their little ones.
Inspired by the families she worked with, Sydnie took a leap—and brought their wishes to life with this very space.
Don’t be surprised if you walk in to the sound of Disney music and find Sydnie dancing around the room. It’s just part of the magic she brings—so give her a moment, and she’ll be right there with a smile!
